Last week I found out that my dog has cancer, the vet said he could live anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 years. She said I had 2 options, I could put him through testing and chemo which typically only prolongs their life but doesnt cure them or feed and love him as much as he allows. Fuzzy is 15 years old, blind and deaf at this point so I opted for hugs, cheeseburgers and anything else he will eat. He weighs 11 pounds now and she said he probably wont be able to gain much at this point.
While I will miss my puppy greatly when that day comes, I started to think about God’s promise to us.
God promises everlasting life to those who accept and follow him. He removes the sin that brings upon death in our lives.
Roman’s 6:22
22 But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.
Be blessed-
Lisa
